وتشارك عناصر من القوات الجوية المصرية في التحالف الدولي لإسقاط المساعدات الإنسانية والمعونات الإغاثية على قطاع غزة، من المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية بالتعاون مع نظيراتها من القوات الجوية الأردنية والأمريكية والفرنسية والهولندية والبلجيكية لتنفيذ أعمال الإسقاط الجوي لأطنان المساعدات الإنسانية والإغاثية العاجلة للمناطق المتضررة بشمال قطاع غزة.
يأتي ذلك تزامنا مع إقلاع عددًا من طائرات النقل العسكرية المصري والإماراتية من مطار العريش ضمن الجسر الجوي الممتد على مدار الأيام الماضية، لتنفيذ أعمال الإسقاط الجوي لمئات الأطنان من المساعدات الغذائية ومواد الإغاثة العاجلة شمال قطاع غزة، لتعويض النقص الحاد في الغذاء والدواء جراء استمرار الأزمة الراهنة.
